Read it, link to it, share it — this site exists to be read and costs nothing. Do not scrape it in a way that places an unreasonable load on it, probe it for vulnerabilities, misrepresent it as your own, or use it unlawfully.

The text, design, imagery and wordmarks on this site, and the names of Aristourgima and of the applications we have created, belong to Aristourgima LLC and are protected by intellectual property law. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners; their appearance here is not an endorsement in either direction.

This site describes our applications as they are when we write about them. We keep it truthful, but software changes; where this site and an application's own page, policy or terms disagree, the application's own document governs.

We may change, move or remove any part of this site at any time, without notice. We do not promise the site will always be available or free of errors.

Downloading or using one of our applications means agreeing to that application's own terms of service: Astraia's terms and Meaningful Life's terms. Those documents state what each app does, what it disclaims and how it earns; nothing on this page overrides them.

Our applications are distributed through Apple's App Store and Google Play, whose own terms also apply to your download. The stores are not parties to any agreement between you and us, and purchases, receipts and refunds are handled by them under their policies.

Our applications are free and earn through clearly disclosed affiliate commission. A suggestion is advertising, not advice: following one takes you to a retailer we do not operate, whose terms and privacy policy apply from that point, and any purchase is between you and that retailer. We may earn a commission at no additional cost to you, and commission never changes the price you pay.

This website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some of these may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aristourgima LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or relating to this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law; if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected. Each application's own terms state the corresponding limits for that application.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio — except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise or gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.

If these terms change, the effective date above changes with them and the change is recorded in the revision log. Continuing to use the site after a change takes effect means you accept the revision.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in force, and our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms and the privacy policy are the entire agreement between you and us about this website.
