Privacy policy

This is the whole policy. It is short because we hold almost nothing, and it is written in plain sentences because a policy nobody can read is not a protection. Where a statement is specific to one app, that app's page carries it and this document defers to it.

Personal data we hold about you: none.

We have no accounts, no analytics and no mailing list, so there is no record of you to hold in the first place. The single exception is an email you send us, which exists as an email until we both stop needing it.

None. Not for analytics, not for preferences, not "essential" ones. The language you choose is remembered by your browser and never sent to us.
analytics
None. We do not know how many people read this page, and we have decided we can live with that.
third-party resources
No embedded trackers, no advertising pixels, no social widgets. Type is set in faces already on your device and images are served from our own domain, so this site makes no request to any other company — loading this page tells nobody else that you visited. The product sites at /astraia and /meaningful-life hold to the same rule, serving their own typefaces from this domain rather than from a font host; each carries its own policy covering the application it belongs to.
server logs
Our host keeps standard request logs, including IP addresses, for a short period for security and abuse handling. We do not read them for any other purpose and do not combine them with anything else.

local first; some are local only
where your work lives
On your device. Where an app offers an export, it is plain, documented JSON you can open with other software. We hold no copy and cannot retrieve your data for you — which is the same fact stated twice, once as a guarantee and once as a limitation.
accounts
Not required by any of our apps. There is nothing to register, nothing to verify and nothing to cancel.
network use
Our apps connect only when you ask them to — a link you tap, an export you initiate, a backup to your own Google Drive or iCloud. Every such connection is stated plainly on that app's page, and this policy defers to that statement. We will not describe a connection as "improving your experience".
telemetry
None. No usage events, no feature counters, no "anonymous" identifiers.
crash reports
Never sent automatically. If an app offers to report a crash, it shows you the report first and sends nothing unless you agree. Reports are read to fix the fault and then deleted.

Our apps are free. If we ever sell one, payment, receipts and refunds will be Apple's or Google's, under their own privacy policies. We would receive aggregate sales figures with no customer identity attached, and could not tell whether any particular person bought anything.

A thread, and nothing more

If you write to us we hold that correspondence to answer it. It is not added to a list, not used for marketing, and deleted on request or when it is plainly finished with.

your rights

Access, deletion, portability

Under the GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA you may ask what we hold, ask for it to be deleted, and ask for a copy. In almost every case the honest answer will be that we hold nothing but your email to us. We do not sell or share personal information, and there is nothing to opt out of.

children
Our apps are not directed at children and collect nothing from anyone, so no personal information from a child can reach us.
changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it and the change is entered in the revision log. A change that weakened any commitment on this page would be a change of company, and we would say so in those words.
